Questions about the price

Is VAT added on top?▾

No. £99 is what you pay. We're not VAT registered, so there's nothing added on top.

Is there a setup fee?▾

No. I build the site and set everything up for you, and none of that is charged for. The £99 a month is the only cost.

Do I pay before I see the site?▾

No. Sign up, I build your site and ring you within one working day (9 to 6, Monday to Saturday) to go through it. You only subscribe when you're happy and want it live. No card up front, so there's nothing to forget to cancel.

Can I cancel?▾

Yes, any month. There's no contract and no minimum term. Cancel from your dashboard or just message me; your site stays live until the end of the month you've paid for.

Who owns my domain?▾

You do. It's registered in your name. If you ever leave, I'll transfer it to you or to another provider within five working days, free.

What if something happens to Eric?▾

Fair question: it's a one-person business. Your domain is registered in your name, so it's yours whatever happens. There's no contract. You can leave any month, and I'll transfer the domain to you free. Your customers, quotes and invoices can be downloaded from your dashboard whenever you like.
