These terms govern your use of MyTradeSite, operated by Cornerstone Digital, a trading name of Snap Media Ltd. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
MyTradeSite provides AI-generated websites and business management tools for UK tradesmen. We generate website content based on the information you provide about your trade, services, and location. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your business information.
We set your account up for you and are available by phone or message during working hours. Changes and additions are collected and actioned weekly.
You sign up with your business details, and we build your website for you. You can view it from your dashboard before you decide anything. Your site stays private until you subscribe — only you can see it.
To publish your site and take it live, you subscribe at £99 per month. There is no setup fee and no minimum term.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe at £99 per month.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your subscription runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and your website stays live until then. We do not refund part months.
When your subscription ends, your website comes offline but nothing is deleted. Your content, enquiries and invoices stay in your account, so everything comes straight back if you subscribe again. Ask us and we'll delete them.
Where we register a domain name for you, it is registered in your name and it belongs to you. If you leave, we will transfer it to you or to another provider on request, within five working days and at no cost.
You retain ownership of all content you provide (business details, photos, customer data). We retain the right to host and display this content as part of providing the service. AI-generated content (page text, descriptions) is provided under licence for use on your MyTradeSite website.
You must not use MyTradeSite to promote illegal services, publish misleading information about your qualifications or accreditations, or engage in any activity that could harm other users or the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of everything published on your website, including any trade registrations, accreditations, insurance or guarantees. We may remove or amend claims we believe cannot be evidenced.
MyTradeSite is provided "as is". While we strive for high uptime and accurate content generation, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any loss of business or revenue arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
