These terms govern your use of MyTradeSite, operated by Cornerstone Digital. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
MyTradeSite provides AI-generated websites and business management tools for UK tradesmen. We generate website content based on the information you provide about your trade, services, and location. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your business information.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial, you must subscribe at the current rate (£29/month for founding members, £49/month standard) to continue using the service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Your website goes offline when the subscription ends.
You retain ownership of all content you provide (business details, photos, customer data). We retain the right to host and display this content as part of providing the service. AI-generated content (page text, descriptions) is provided under licence for use on your MyTradeSite website.
You must not use MyTradeSite to promote illegal services, publish misleading information about your qualifications or accreditations, or engage in any activity that could harm other users or the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
MyTradeSite is provided "as is". While we strive for high uptime and accurate content generation, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any loss of business or revenue arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
