Social posts from your job photos

This is one of the most useful tools in the whole dashboard, and most tradesmen don't realise it exists. Let me show you what it does.

What it does

You upload 1–6 photos of a job. The AI looks at what's actually in the photos (not just guesses based on your trade), and writes 6 ready-to-post social media captions in different styles:

• Quick Hook — a 1-2 sentence attention grabber
• Job Story — what the customer needed, what you did
• Tip / Educational — a useful insight related to the work shown
• Before / After — highlighting the transformation
• Customer Testimonial — a believable thank-you
• Local / Seasonal — ties the work to your area or the season

Each post comes with relevant hashtags ready to copy-paste.

How to use it

1. Go to Tools → AI Social Media Generator in your dashboard.
2. Tap Add photo and select up to 6 photos. They upload one at a time.
3. Optional but recommended: type a short note about the job in the "Anything about this job?" box. Something like "Combi swap, full system flush" or "Emergency callout, burst pipe". Even 10 words makes the captions much better.
4. Hit Generate 6 posts.
5. Tap Copy on any post and paste straight into Facebook or Instagram.

Photos save to your gallery automatically

The photos you upload here also save to your General Photos gallery — so one upload populates your website's gallery AND generates social content. Two birds, one stone.

Tip — post consistency wins

You don't need to post every day. A tradesman posting one decent, photo-led post per week — actual work, real photos — outperforms one posting daily generic content. Consistency over volume.
