MyTradeSite is built by a solo founder, Eric Martyn, in Poole, Dorset. When you message support, you get me directly. No call centres, no ticket queues, no "we'll get back to you in 3-5 business days."
How to reach me

What to expect
- Usually replies within 2 hours, 7 days a week
- I'm a real person, so the odd late evening or weekend morning might take longer — but you'll always hear back the same day
- For urgent issues (e.g. your site is down), call don't email
What I can help with
- Setup questions and walkthroughs
- Stuck on a specific feature
- Bugs or things that look wrong
- Tweaks to your site copy or design
- Feature requests
- General "is this the right approach?" advice for your business
What I can't do
- Write all your website content for you (the AI does a draft, but specific personality and tweaks are yours)
- Provide accountancy, legal, or tax advice — for those, talk to a qualified professional
- Take phone enquiries for you — that's what the WhatsApp lead alerts are for
